An Ordinance recognizing the Darlington Community Firemen’s Relief Association.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington and it is hereby enacted and ordained by authority of the same.
Sec. 1. The borough of Darlington recognizes the Darlington Community Firemen’s Relief Association as not constituted.
Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated to said Darlington Community Firemen’s Relief Association all receipts from foreign fire insurance tax received by the Borough.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance be, and the same are hereby repealed.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, this 1th day of March A.D. 1934.
