An ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate for the fiscal year 1961.
Be it ordained and enacted and it is hereby ordained and enacted by Council of Darlington Borough, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupation within the said Borough subject to taxation for Borough purposes for the fiscal years 1961 as follows:
- a) Tax Rate of general Borough purposes the sum of eleven (11) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation; making a total tax rate for all Borough purposes of eleven (11) mills.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this ordinance.
