An Ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate on real estate for the year 1990.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough Council of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same as follows:
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania subject to taxation for the fiscal year 1990 as follows:
- Tax rate for general revenue purposes, the sum of 4.4 mills on each dollar of assessed evaluation.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1990.
