An ordinance fixing the tax rate for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the 1925.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same:
Sec. 1. That the tax rate or millage for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the 1925 be and the same is hereby fixed at twelve (12) mills on each dollar of valuation, for the following purposes.
- Ten (10) mills of said levy to provide for general Borough
- Two (2) mills thereof, for the sinking fund proportionately for each of the several issues on the bonds of said Borough, out of which to pay the interest on said bonds and the principal thereof as they shall become due and payable.
