An ordinance fixing the tax rate for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania, for the year 1924.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Town Council of Darlington, County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by authority of the same.
Sec. 1. That the tax rate or millage for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania for the year 1924, be and the same is hereby fixed at fourteen (14) mills on each dollar of valuation for the purposes:
- Twelve (12) mills of said levy to provide for general borough expenses.
- Two (2) mills thereof, for the sinking fund proportionality for each of several issues on the bonds of said Borough, out of which to pay the interest on said bonds and the principal thereof, as they shall severally become due and
Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 4th day of August A.D. 1924.
