An Ordinance fixing the tax rate for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver, and State of Pennsylvania, for the year 1927.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington and it is hereby enacted and ordained the authority of the same.
Sec. 1. That the tax or millage for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, for the year 1927, be and the same is hereby fixed at fourteen (14) mills on each dollar of valuation for the following proposes:
- Twelve (12) mills thereof to provide for the general expenses of the Borough:
- Two (2) mills thereof for the sinking fund proportionately for the several issues of bonds of said Borough, out of which to pay the interest on said bonds and the principal there of as they severally become due and payable.
Sec. 2. All ordinances or part ordinances inconsistent or in conflict with this ordinance or any part thereof, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, this Seventh day of March A.D. 1927.
