An ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, fix ing the tax rate of the fiscal year 1958.
Be it ordained and enacted, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Darlington, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupations within the said Borough subject to taxation for Borough purposes for the fiscal year 1958, as follows:
- a) Tax rate for general Borough purposes the sum of 12 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, making a total tax rate for all Borough purposes of 12 mills.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, conflicting with this ordinance be and
( the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this ordinance.
Adopted this 3rd day of April, A.D. 1958.
