An ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, fixing the real estate tax rate and reenacting local tax enabling act taxes for the year 1974.
Be it ordained and enacted, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver, Pennsylvania as follows:
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within the said municipality subject to taxation for general purposes for the fiscal year 1974, the sum of ten (10) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of one (1) cent on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of the assessed valuation.
Sec. 2. The Local Tax Enabling Act Taxes of Five ($5.00) Dollars per capita and an earned income tax of ½ of one percent previously enacted pursuant to raw and currently in effect are hereby reenacted without change for the fiscal year 1974.
