An ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate for the fiscal year 1975.
Be it ordained and enacted, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property within the said Borough subject to taxation for Borough purposes for the fiscal year 1975 as follows:
- Tax rate for general Borough purposes the sum of ten (10) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation; making a total tax rate for all Borough Purposes of ten (10) mills.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, conflicting with this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this ordinance.
