An Ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate for the Fiscal Year 1994.
Be it ordained and enacted and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sec. 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupants within the Borough of Darlington, subject to taxation for the Borough purposes for the fiscal year of 1994 as follows:
- Tax rate for general Borough purposes the sum of 5.4 mills for each One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars of assessed valuation on all real property situate in said Borough of Darlington made liable under the law of taxation for Borough purposes.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance, or parts of any ordinance, conflicting with this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this ordinance.
