An Ordinance to the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, amending Darlington Ordinance No. 258.
Be it ordained and enacted and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sec. 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 258 of the Borough of Darlington, the same is amended to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of eighteen (18) years of age to loiter, or be upon any public street, alley or highway of the Borough of Darlington after the hours of 10:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time unless this child is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or any other adult person having care and custody thereof.
Sec. 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 258 of the Borough of Darlington is amended as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of any child under the age of eighteen (18) years of age to permit such child to loiter or be upon any public street, alley or highway of the said Borough of Darlington after the hour of 10:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, unless this child is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or any other adult person having care and custody thereof.
Sec. 3. That Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 258 is hereby amended to increase the penalty fine for the same _________.
Sec. 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with provision of the ordinance be and the same are hereby applied.
