An ordinance of the Borough of Darlington, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, amending a Section of Ordinance No. 258, pertaining to the imposition of a curfew as to minors within the Borough of Darlington.
Be it ordained and enacted by the Council of the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same, that Section 3 of Borough Ordinance No. 258 is hereby amended and supplemented to include as follows:
Sec. 3. Penalty
Said section is hereby amended to state that the fine and penalty for any violation of such ordinance is hereby stated as follows:
First offense ———— $ 25.00
Second offense ——– 50.00
Third offense ———– 200.00
Fourth offense ———- 400.00
Fifth offense ————- 600.00
In addition to the above mentioned fines, there shall be also imposed court costs and fees.
