Ordinance 112: Fixing Tax Rate

An Ordinance fixing the tax rate for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania for the year 1922.

Be it enacted and ordained by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, in the County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania and it is hereby enacted and ordained by authority of the same.

Sec. 1. That the tax rate for all purposes in the Borough of Darlington, for the year 1922, be and the same is hereby fixed at 12 mills on each dollar of valuation of all property, for the Borough purposes.

Enacted and ordained into an ordinance by the Town Council of the Borough of Darlington, this 5th day of November A.O. 1922.
